Multiple Stresses of Wheat in the Detection of Traits and Genotypes of High-Performance and Stability for a Complex Interplay of Environment and Genotypes

The effect of traits and the interaction genotype × environment (GE) is one major challenges in detecting genotypes with outstanding performance stability through various stresses years. objective this study was to identify genetic influence wheat, under different environmental stress. trials were carried out two consecutive seasons three treatments (optimal irrigation, limited heat stress), totaling six test environments at locations. After observing importance GE interaction, statistical significance for all studied traits, multivariate analysis applied using stepwise regression (SR) influenced AMMI, AMMI’s values (ASV), yield index (YSI), superiority GGE biplot methods genotype’s phenotypic stability. SR showed that nine 22 have contributed significantly grain (GY), which varied according environment. Equations models (GY) coefficient reflected seven them on a significant positive correlation GY. confirmed AMMI biplots decoding GEI based GY data. AMMI1 E1, E4, E6 stronger interacting than E2, E3, E5, weak. YSI, analysis, multi-trait scores largely compatible. YSI described viz, G5 (DHL26), G12 (DHL29), G10 (DHL01), G18 (Sakha-93), G2 (DHL02) and, G6 (Gemmeiza-9), these marked by high productivity. (G15 (Misr1) G4 (DHL07)) recorded highest E3 whereas (Sakha-93) E6.
